Preclinical Pipeline

Full-length antibodies as oncology drugs often lack the potency to achieve clinical benefit against solid cancers.  Viventia is combining its human monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) with a toxin payload delivery strategy in developing and advancing more potent antibodies in its oncology drug pipeline.  Viventia has identified multiple new tumor-specific MAbs and has also identified the corresponding cell surface targets. 

• 13 novel antibodies (IgGs) isolated using the DAP platform
• Reactive to multiple cancer types
• Minimal to no reactivity with normal tissue

• Antibody used to identify its target on a cancer cell (UnLockTM technology)
• 13 novel targets identified - strong IP position

• Target druggability evaluated in xenograft models using an immunotoxin format
