Viventia is focused on using UnLock™ to identify novel oncology drug targets and develop human monoclonal antibodies against those targets to continue to build a portfolio of new product development candidates. The Company’s research has identified 12 patentable new oncology drug targets and their corresponding human monoclonal antibodies to date. These targets represent new product development opportunities in oncology, demonstrating a breadth of expression against the most prevalent forms of solid epithelial tumors, while exhibiting limited normal tissue expression. Continuing target identification, characterization and expression profiling research is planned for 2008 across these programs.
