Mark M. Kowalski
M.D.,Ph.D., Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Kowalski is the Chief Medical
Officer at Viventia. He is board certified in both
Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. His past
experience includes basic science research on the
molecular biology of HIV as well as clinical practice
in Internal Medicine. Dr. Kowalski received his medical,
graduate and postgraduate training at the University
of Kansas, Duke University and Harvard University.
Most recently, Dr. Kowalski has worked in the drug
development industry as Senior Director of Medical
Affairs and Statistical Services at AAIPharma where
he gained Phase I through Phase IV clinical trial
experience in a wide variety of therapeutic areas
including Oncology, Infectious Diseases and Analgesics.
He has also provided consultative services for protocol
development, study design and NDA/PMA preparation.
